Auto-Ship Program
WE OFFER A MONTHLY AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM AT AN ADDITIONAL COST SAVINGS AND AS A CONVENIENCE TO YOU, OUR VALUED CUSTOMER. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT THAT ANY CUSTOMER PARTICIPATE IN OUR MONTHLY AUTO-SHIPMENT PROGRAM, AND NO CUSTOMER WILL BE PUT ON THE MONTHLY AUTO-SHIPMENT PROGRAM UNLESS THEY SPECIFICALLY CHOOSE THIS OPTION. THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS IN NO WAY OBLIGATES OUR CUSTOMERS TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR MONTHLY AUTOSHPMENT PROGRAM. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE - Please take a few minutes to read the following, because when you purchase our products through the Rob Keller MD monthly auto-shipment program, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. If you are happy with the products you are receiving from Rob Keller MD through our auto-ship program, simply do nothing and your credit card will be charged every 30 days thereafter and we will automatically send you a fresh 1-month supply of the Rob Keller MD products that you ordered. The credit card you provided AT THE TIME YOU AGREED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM will be billed the agreed upon rate (plus shipping and handling). You may cancel your monthly auto-shipment of Rob Keller MD products at any time by simply emailing us at: autoship@robkellermd.com and simply informing us of your intent to no longer participate in the program. Remember, most customers see the most noticeable benefits after using Rob Keller MD products consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with the Rob Keller MD products you received, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.

Rob Keller MD Total Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your Rob Keller MD purchase, you may return your first bottle of each separate product type purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping & handling costs. All bottles purchased for which you are requesting a refund must be returned before a refund can be processed.
Refunds will not be given on manual reorders, or reorders automatically generated though your participation in the Rob Keller MD auto-ship program. If multiple bottles are purchased, only one opened bottle of each separate product type is eligible for a refund. Any unopened bottles returned will be refunded. Each customer is allowed one refund transaction only.

I understand that if I request a refund that I will be credited for the first bottle purchased and opened, as well as any additional unopened bottles, less any applicable shipping and handling charges. I further understand that Rob Keller MD will only provide a refund on initial shipments; refunds are not available for re-orders or auto-ship replenishment orders.
Monthly Auto-ship Participation Clause

I UNDERSTAND THAT A MONTHLY AUTO-SHIPMENT PROGRAM IS OFFERED BY ROB KELLER MD, AND IF I CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MONTHLY AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM, AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHOOSE TO TERMINATE MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO STATE THIS INTENTION IN AN EMAIL TO THE ROB KELLER MD AUTO SHIP DEPARTMENT (autoship@robkellermd.com) NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING MY LAST DESIRED AUTO-SHIP ORDER. FAILURE TO CANCEL MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ROB KELLER AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM USING THE PROCEDURE DESCRIBED, AND WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT SPECIFIED WILL RESULT IN ONE ADDITIONAL ORDER BEING SHIPPED AND CHARGED TO ME BEFORE MY PROGRAM PARTICIPATION ENDS, AND I WILL BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THIS LAST ORDER, INCLUSIVE OF APPLICABLE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.

Overnight Shipment Selection
We send "Overnight" deliveries the most cost efficient way to achieve delivery to you the next day. Depending upon your geographic location, this may mean that it goes via ground transportation in some areas, and via air delivery in other areas. If a customer pays for overnight delivery and the delivery company does not deliver by next day as promised, upon request, we will refund the difference in the shipping amount paid and the actual shipping time incurred.
